SOCIAL MEDIA – IT’S WHAT WE DO.
Our decision to specialise in Social goes back to 2011, when Instagram had less than a million users – worldwide! It was clear then that not only would Social Media usage growth outstrip everyone’s expectations, but that the pace of feature development and algorithm sophistication was likely to be similarly breakneck. To attempt to keep pace by sweeping Social up into the wider Digital and PR context would, in our view, risk failing clients when it came to genuinely specialist advice and execution. So rather than “bolting on” Social, Social, we decided, would be our sole focus. We’ve never looked back.
The principle that binds the way we think to everything we do in Social is “Continuous Improvement”. We believe the brands we have the privilege of working with should look well beyond ticking the Social Media box, instead embedding a KPI-driven process focused on the relentless pursuit of Continuous Social Media Performance Improvement. This approach relies on highly developed measuring and monitoring systems that track a range of KPI’s - combined with the knowledge and expertise to know how and what to do at the practitioner level to achieve success.
As well as managing brand Social Media accounts for clients to maximise performance, we now embed Social Media Marketing in a host of other experiential activities where live-streaming or real-time posting has the capacity to deliver substantial marketing benefits. From festivals and exhibitions to in-store and shopping mall sampling, bottling line milestones to potato harvests (!) – we harness Social Media’s power to deliver rich brand stories to targeted audiences at scale, in real time.
